Questions Before You Join
Is She Choice Rewards active?
Not yet. This is a preview of the planned programme. Final rules will be published before enrolment and earning begin.
How many points will I earn?
Earning rates and bonus values are awaiting approval. Eligible purchase rules will be explained in the rewards journey, not as a card in Ways to Earn.
When will purchase points become available?
Payment, fulfilment, and any pending period will be specified after the loyalty platform's capabilities are verified. Cancelled, refunded, or otherwise ineligible spending must not retain purchase points.
Can I combine a reward with WELCOME10?
Discount-combination rules have not been activated. We will clearly state applicable restrictions before launch.
What happens if an order is refunded?
Refund and cancellation handling, including point reversals and the treatment of redeemed rewards, will be tested and explained before launch.
Will points expire?
No expiration policy has been approved yet. Any future expiry rules will be disclosed before activation.
